We create and send RFPs to appropriate hotels and/or meeting facilities, do all of the follow-up with the hotels, and manage the entire site selection process on behalf of your organization for your review and final approval. Once you have selected a preferred venue for your event, we solicit a contract, review it to ensure best practices are included and that the venue is providing the best possible terms for you. Once you and I are comfortable with that, you proceed with signing the contract.  You are fully appraised at every step to insure we are providing the services you require and that you are fully engaged with the decision-making process.

Whether you are booking a large-scale association event, or a smaller corporate function, a class or family reunion, retreats, training sessions – you name it – our in-depth industry experience  will work to match your event and best venue at the best value based on your specific needs.

Site research and selection, and contract negotiation with a minimum of 40 total guest room nights costs you nothing.

Meeting management services (meeting detailing, assistance with food & beverage selections, rooming list management, on-site services) will be discussed and a proposal provided.
